13 | The first money lender comes onboard!
We kept getting turned down from investors. So, we eventually decided to go BACK to the ones who turned us down and learn from them…
“You’ve already said NO,” we said, “so we’re not asking you again… But, it would truly help us if you could coach us on how to present our offers better— so we can go to the next people and do a better job.”

Most of those lenders took us up on the offer…
They began coaching and offering advice, wisdom, and tips…

And, when we finally seemed less desperate (that was some advice we received), a man came onboard at just the right time…
This was the 70th person we talked to, by the way.

Oh, yeah…
