My wife, Brandy, is an agent. Over time, she noticed that she had some "repeat" customers.

Turns out, they were flippers.

She was in the industry, and had no idea that we could-- with the right processes in place-- step in and do it ourselves.

I was working in a factory at the time. It was a stable job, but I had to wait for specific break times to even use the bathroom. I knew I needed something better, something that provided more freedom and flexibility for my family.

Two months into the Rise Up System, I quit my job at the factory.

We had our first flip, along with another under contract. We had the work-ethic to do it. We just needed the right processes.
